The Visionchart Edge LX6000 slim frame fabric pinboard is ideal for modern offices, classrooms and commercial spaces. The slim 2 mm frame and durable fabric surface provide a contemporary, workstation-style look. For best results, select a pinboard fabric with a strong weave similar to workstation screens.

Choosing the right pinboard

Pinboards are available in wrapped or framed styles to suit different spaces, safety requirements and design preferences.

1. Type of frames

Wrapped pinboards
Fabric is wrapped over all edges for a soft, frameless finish that looks similar to wall art. This style is excellent for education and childcare environments, as the absence of a metal frame reduces the risk of injury or clothing catching on corners or edges.

Standard framed pinboards
Best suited to corporate and commercial settings where a defined frame is preferred. Frames are available in various colours to coordinate with existing fit-outs. Standard framed pinboards are commonly installed alongside whiteboards, as frame depths can be matched for a flush, integrated appearance. Compatible surface materials include Krommenie, Suzette, Vertiface and Echopanel.

EDGE LX7 framed pinboards
Designed with architects and commercial designers in mind, EDGE LX7 pinboards feature a stylish 2 mm ultra slim frame that delivers a sleek, contemporary look. This profile is ideal for modern offices and collaborative workspaces where a minimalist aesthetic is desired.

2. Type of fabrics

Krommenie
A natural, self-healing pinboard surface that is GECA certified, highly durable and washable. Suitable for high-traffic areas where longevity and easy maintenance are essential.

Suzette
A commercial-grade fabric with one of the widest colour ranges available and a flammability rating. Suzette is chosen primarily for its extensive colour options, making it ideal for branding, zoning and colour-coordinated interiors.

Autex Vertiface
Popular in education and learning environments. Vertiface is compatible with both pins and Velcro, providing a versatile display surface with vibrant colours. It is the only fabric option that supports Velcro use.

Echopanel
An acoustically rated option available in LX framed styles. Echopanel offers sound absorption as well as a practical pinboard surface, making it suitable for meeting rooms, open-plan offices and shared spaces where noise control is important.
