Australian oceans and waterways are increasingly polluted with plastic, much of it from single-use packaging. While some plastic breaks down into tiny microbeads, it never truly disappears. These particles enter the marine food chain and cause long-term environmental damage. Between California and Hawaii, the Great Pacific Garbage Patch – a floating mass of plastic debris and microplastics – is now estimated to cover an area roughly twice the size of Texas. A large portion of this waste is PET plastic.

PET is a highly durable, inert and fully recyclable material that can be repurposed into many practical products. When it ends up in the sea, it is simply in the wrong place. Our 100% PET office screens use fully recycled PET that is remelted, spun into microfilament, then pressed and moulded into stylish, functional floor-mounted partitions.

Seachange PET office screens are supplied in modular panels that can be linked in straight runs or curves using plantation-grown timber joiners. They create non-structural acoustic and visual barriers, supporting privacy and noise reduction, and can be repositioned quickly to adapt to modern, flexible Australian workplaces.
